Book An Appointment
Schedule an appointment with us
You’ll find it more convenient if you schedule routine appointments in advance. If needed, we will do our best to fit you in on the day you call. However, do keep in mind that scheduled appointments will take priority, unless in case of an emergency.
In order for us to gauge the length of your appointment, you will be requested to give the scheduler a description of your problem. You can be assured that anything you tell them will remain confidential.
Cancellation
We request you to cancel the appointment as far in advance as possible. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an appointment, we will do our best to reach you by phone much in advance and reschedule it.
New patients
For first-time patients of APMC, we request that you come in 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so we can complete registration processes. Follow-up patients are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
As soon as you enter APMC, you will be welcomed by our Center Executive who can help you schedule appointments, recommend travel & accommodation options, and prepare you for your visit.
For any assistance, please call +91 044-2435 4313 MON-SAT (9.00 am to 7.00 pm) and SUN – 9.00 am to 12.00 pm
Appointment - Dos & Don'ts
Please maintain the following practices before a treatment procedure to ensure that you’re most comfortable and safe throughout.
Prior to procedure
Food and Drink
Refrain from eating in the 4 hours prior to a procedure. While this is normally sufficient, if you have diabetes, gastric reflux or a hiatus hernia, we will give you special instructions.
Medication
Take your usual medications with a sip of water. With the consent of the concerned physician, Heparin, Warfarin, Aspirin, Clopidogrel or any other blood thinning medications should be stopped at least 10 days prior to the procedure.
Day of procedure
Arrival Time
Come in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled procedure time.
Driving
We recommend that you take the back seat following a procedure. Do not drive and enlist the help of a responsible adult or a taxi to drive you home.
Discharge process
Pain Relief Injections
Following pain relief injections, you will be assessed on a range of activities that will gauge your ability to stand/walk unaided, self-care etc. When all these parameters have been met, you will be discharged and will be required to come in for a follow-up appointment to assess your progress.
