Synovial Fluid Implantation Therapy
Reasons to perform the procedure
Synovial Fluid replacement therapy is a simple, safe & very effective treatment was replacing the unhealthy synovial fluid with healthy synovial fluid that provides lubrication for the knee joint for a period of time, induces secretion of new healthy synovial fluid, as well protects the cartilages from degeneration.
Before the procedure
You will be examined thoroughly and the diagnosis is confirmed by X-Ray. You will be informed where and when to report for the procedure. You will be examined by your doctor and asked to rate your pain.
Description of the procedure
Your consent will be obtained. You will lie on your back on the OT table for the procedure. The skin in and around the Knee joint will be cleaned with antiseptic and numbed with medication. A needle will be inserted through the skin to reach the intraarticular space, then the unhealthy synovial fluid will be removed and then the healthy Synovial fluid (best viscosupplememt approved by FDA) will be implanted.
After the procedure
You will be advised to take rest for 3 days. Icing at the knee joint along with compression bandage will be advised for 3 days.
It will take 6 weeks to get the maximum result of the procedure.
Prolotherapy
Reasons to perform the procedure
Prolotherapy with Ozone or Dextrose is a simple, safe & very effective treatment where Ozone or Dextrose is injected into the knee joint, which proliferate the cartilage cells.

Platelet Rich Plasma

Your consent will be obtained. The patient’s blood is drawn and injected in PRP kit( approved by FDA), then placed in a PRP centrifuge for 30 minutes to separate out the platelets. The platelet-rich plasma is then separated injected into the damaged portion of the tendon or cartilage.
You will lie on your back on the OT table for the procedure. The skin in and around the Knee joint will be cleaned with antiseptic and numbed with medication. A needle will be inserted through the skin to reach the target region, then numb the area with local anesthetic, PRP is injected.
After the procedure
You will be advised to take rest for 3 days. Icing at the knee joint along with compression bandage will be advised for 3 days. The procedure may need to repeat 2 or 3 times. Increase in pain may be expected after the procedure.

The skin in and around the Knee joint will be cleaned with antiseptic and numbed with medication Under fluoroscopic (X-ray) guidance a needle is inserted through the skin after numbing that area with local anesthetics. With slightly stimulating the target nerve with radio frequency needle, ablation done for 90 to 180 seconds.
After the procedure
After observation ( Post-procedure bleeding or pain ) for more than 12 hours, You will be discharged.
